House Corporation

The Delta Xi House Corporation serves to provide, maintain and manage the chapter house for the active chapter. The house corporation is made up of volunteer alumni members working in concert with executive members of the active chapter to sustain the chapter house.

The House Corporation serves in several roles to maintain the vitality of the chapter:

Work with the Chapter to develop strategic long range plans for the house corporation

Foster an active relationship with the Chapter

Analyze the long term physical plant needs structurally and financially

Provide continuity and liaison to the Chapter

Assist the Chapter in financial planning

Recommend continuity guidelines to insure steady, even perpetuation of the Chapter and its operations

Review Fire, Safety and Health codes for the chapter house with Chapter members

Review alcohol and drug policies, help make the policies known and review enforcement with Chapter members
