Welcome Brothers and Friends of Delta Tau Delta

      The alumni of Delta Tau Delta, Delta Xi chapter, at the University of North Dakota, work together to support members of the active chapter in their pursuit of education and brotherhood. Alumni volunteer to assist in providing personal mentoring, organizational guidance and financial assistance to the chapter. We believe brotherhood lasts a lifetime and involvement does not stop at graduation; this work is continued primarily through two alumni organizations.

 

      The Education Foundation has a primary role in providing guidance and financial recognition to active members for their scholastic accomplishments, community activities and chapter involvement. The Foundation believes in promoting the fraternal principles of Integrity, Accountability, Truth and Courage. Once a semester, the Foundation recognizes the accomplishments of active members with an awards presentation at our Formal event attended by actives, alumni and guests.

 

      The House Corporation of Delta Xi functions to preserve the physical continuity of the chapter house and grounds. The alumni members work with the active chapter to address regular maintenance needs in addition to sponsoring longer term projects such as general renovations, communal furniture replacement and house improvements. The House Corporation functions as a constant steward of the chapter house and grounds while active membership changes over time with members graduating and new brothers taking their place.

 

      None of the volunteer alumni activities would be possible without strong financial support of our alumni through donations and endowments. The Delta Xi chapter benefits from a high level of generosity that far out-distances other fraternities at UND and speaks to the bond of brotherhood instilled during their time in active membership.
